  Despite of the reviews they leave visible, this particular branch is not all that. There is one beautiful young lady in here that is really nice all the time and makes you feel welcome even if you want your own money out of your own bank Account.. She's middle eastern I believe. Any who there's one lady last name Acosta who looks at you crazy no matter the request. I'm never coming back. Also they never answer the phone don't ever need to call, my gosh they will not answer!!

  Let me start by saying that this is the worst set of unprofessional ppl I have ever encountered at Chase. On last Saturday my husband and I was at Chase handling some business and inquired about opening an account for our 14 yr old son and was giving the list of documents that would be needed to open the account. My husband then asked what time they close on the week day and the agent said 6 pm and he can come in the bank anytime between 9-6 to open that account. So yesterday my husband leaves work and pickups our son and documents and heads to the bank , he arrives at the bank at 5:20 and walks in and before he can sit down was asked what can they do to help him, he states he would like to open an account and was told they DO NOT I repeat DO NOT open accounts after 5:00 pm. Unknown to the young lady I was on the phone and I instantly got upset because since when does Chase have any policy in place that accounts can not be opened after 5 pm. So I got off the phone with my husband and call Chase 1 800 number and was able to speak to a floor supervisor and inquired about this policy and was told there is no such thing. I was told as long as the branch is open they can open an account at anytime. She then states that if I was to walk in the branch at 5:58 I should be still able to open an account. She genuinely apologized on the behalf of this branch and thanked me for being a well standing customer of Chase. She also suggested I call the branch and speak with the branch manager. I then called the branch and a young lady answered the phone and I asked to speak with the branch manager and her whole attitude on the phone changed. She then said the branch manger was on a teller so she is unable to talk so she took my name and number and told me she would call me back. At 6:08 I get a call and its the same lady stating she is the bank manager, and the branch manager told her to give me a call back. I stated my issue and then was indirectly called a liar and she made every excuse in the world as to way they do not take customers after 5 and apologized but kept making excuse and let me not forget every time I said something she kept cutting me off and rushing me off the phone all while having an attitude because it seems as if she was ready to go and I was holding her up. If I could give no stars I would. I will be calling the floor supervisor back about this matter because she sis give me her direct number. I will be taking this higher because this has got to stop. Customer service is a lost craft.
